There was a group of people called 'Aad. They were very, very strong and built enormous buildings. But they became very proud of themselves. They stopped worshipping Allah and said: Who is stronger than us?!
Allah sent Hud (AS) who was one of their own people to help them. He said: O my people, worship Allah. You have no god other than Him. Will you not fear Allah?
Most of them said back: We think you are foolish and we think you are a liar! But Hud (AS) stayed calm and said: I am not foolish. I am a messenger from the Lord of all the worlds.
Being big and strong does not matter if you forget Allah. Real strength comes from trusting and obeying Allah! 🌸
Because the people of 'Aad would not believe, Allah sent a punishment. The people saw a big cloud coming towards them. They were happy! They thought it would bring rain.
But Hud (AS) said: Rather, this is what you asked to be brought on quickly. It is a wind carrying a painful punishment.
The wind blew for seven nights and eight days. It destroyed everything. The strong people of 'Aad fell down. But Hud (AS) and the small group who believed? Allah kept them completely safe! 🛡️
Things are not always what they look like! Always trust Allah's plan He knows what is coming! 💛
Hud (AS) was brave and calm. He stood up to the strongest people who ever lived and told them the truth. Allah saved Hud (AS) and those who believed, and called them blessed.
