Idris (AS) was a Prophet who came after Adam (AS). Allah says two wonderful things about Idris (AS) in the Quran. He was siddiq that means he always told the truth. And he was a Prophet.
Allah also mentions Idris (AS) alongside Ismail (AS) and Dhul-Kifl (AS) as patient and good. All of them were admitted into Allah's mercy. Being praised in the Quran by Allah Himself is the greatest honour anyone could receive.
The best things anyone can be are truthful and patient. Allah praised Idris (AS) for these two things. Let us work on them every day! ✨
Allah gave Idris (AS) something very special. The Quran says: We raised him to a high place.
When Prophet Muhammad (SAW) went up through the heavens on the Night Journey, he met Idris (AS) in the fourth heaven! Idris (AS) greeted him warmly.
Idris (AS) is in the Quran forever as one of the best people who ever lived. That is the reward for being truthful and good.
When we are honest and do our best for Allah, He raises us up! Try your very best every day! 🌟
