Before Isa (AS), we must know his mother, Maryam. Her mother gave her to Allah's service before she was even born: O my Lord, I give what is in my womb as a dedication to You. Please accept it from me.
Maryam grew up worshipping Allah in her prayer room, under Zakariyya (AS)'s care. Allah gave her food in a miraculous way, with food that was out of season.
Allah said to her: O Maryam, Allah has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above all the women of the worlds. 💛
The greatest women in history were the ones closest to Allah. Being close to Allah is the most important thing of all. 💛
Angel Jibreel came to Maryam in the form of a person. She said: I seek Allah's protection from you, if you have any fear of Allah. He said: I am only a messenger from your Lord to give you a pure son.
Allah created Isa (AS) with one word: Be. When Maryam gave birth alone near a palm tree, she was in pain. A voice came: Do not grieve. Your Lord has put a stream beneath you. Shake the trunk of the palm tree and fresh ripe dates will fall for you. 🌴
When Maryam came back to her people with baby Isa (AS), they questioned her. Baby Isa (AS) spoke from the cradle: I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Scripture and made me a Prophet. He has made me blessed wherever I am, and He has commanded me to pray and give charity as long as I live. He has made me dutiful to my mother. And peace be upon me the day I was born, the day I die, and the day I am raised back to life. 😮
Isa (AS) is one of the greatest Prophets in Islam. Muslims love him and respect him deeply. He was Allah's noble servant and Prophet. 🕊️
Allah gave Isa (AS) miracles that no other Prophet had. And every single one was by the permission of Allah.
🐦 He breathed life into a clay bird and it flew away.
👁️ He healed people who were born blind.
🩹 He cured people with skin disease.
💫 He brought the dead back to life.
🏠 He knew what people had eaten and what was stored in their homes.
Every time he said: By the permission of Allah. He always gave all the thanks to Allah, never to himself.
Whenever something good happens through us, say Alhamdulillah. All goodness comes from Allah alone, just as Isa (AS) always said. 💛
Isa (AS)'s helpers, the Hawariyyun, made a special request: O Isa (AS), can your Lord send down to us a table of food from the sky?
Isa (AS) told them to fear Allah. They said: We want to eat from it and let our hearts be at peace, and know that you have told us the truth, and be among the witnesses.
Isa (AS) made dua: O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table from the sky. Let it be a celebration for us, for the first of us and the last of us, and a sign from You. And provide for us. You are the best of providers.
Allah said He would send it down. Then Allah said: Whoever does not believe after this, I will punish them as I have punished no one else in all the worlds.
Ask Allah to make your faith stronger. Wanting to be more sure about Allah is a good and beautiful thing. 💛
On the Last Day, Allah will ask Isa (AS) in front of all of creation: O Isa (AS) son of Maryam, did you tell people to take you and your mother as gods?
Isa (AS) will say: Glory be to You. It was not for me to say what I had no right to say. If I had said it, You would know it. You know what is in my heart and I do not know what is in Yours. You know all things hidden.
I only told them what You commanded me: to worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. I was a witness over them while I was among them. But when You took me up, You were the Watcher over them. 🌟
Isa (AS) will say on the Last Day that he only called people to worship Allah alone. He was Allah's servant and Prophet. 🕊️
When wicked people tried to harm Isa (AS), Allah saved him in the most amazing way. He raised Isa (AS) alive up to the heavens. The Quran says clearly: They did not kill him and they did not crucify him. Rather, Allah raised him up to Himself.
Isa (AS) is alive in the heavens right now. And he will come back to Earth before the Last Day. 💛
Isa (AS) is alive with Allah right now and will come back. Muslims love him deeply and look forward to his return. 🕊️
When Prophet Muhammad (SAW) went through the heavens on the Night Journey, he reached the second heaven. There he met two cousins, Isa (AS) and Yahya (AS), together.
The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) described Isa (AS) as a man of medium height, with a reddish-white complexion and curly hair, as if he had just come out of a bath.
Both Isa (AS) and Yahya (AS) greeted him: Welcome, O righteous brother and righteous Prophet.
All the Prophets are brothers. They all had the same message: worship Allah alone. ❤️
All the Prophets are our brothers and we love them all. They all came with the same message: worship Allah alone. ❤️
Isa (AS) was born through a miracle, performed miracles, and was raised to the heavens by Allah. He always said his miracles came from Allah alone. He is one of the five Prophets of great resolve and Muslims love him deeply.
