Yaqub (AS) was the son of Is'haq (AS) and grandson of Ibrahim (AS). Allah blessed him with many sons.
When death came close to Yaqub (AS), all his sons were with him. He asked them: What will you worship after I am gone?
His sons said: We will worship your God and the God of your fathers Ibrahim (AS), Ismail (AS) and Is'haq (AS). He is one God. We submit to Him.
The most important thing we can hold on to is our faith in Allah. Yaqub (AS) cared most about this for his children. We should care about it too. 💛
The brothers of Yusuf (AS) saw that their father preferred Yusuf (AS) and his brother over them. They felt very jealous. They threw Yusuf (AS) into a well.
Then they came back to their father Yaqub (AS) with Yusuf (AS)'s shirt covered in false blood. They said: A wolf ate him!
Yaqub (AS) said: Your own feelings have tricked you into something. Beautiful patience. And Allah is the one I ask for help against what you are saying.
He turned to Allah. 🙏
When something very hard happens, turn to Allah and be patient, just like Yaqub (AS) did. That is the strongest thing you can do. 🌟
Yaqub (AS) missed Yusuf (AS) for a very long time. He cried so much that his eyes turned white from grief. But he never stopped trusting Allah.
He said: I only tell my grief and sadness to Allah. And I know from Allah what you do not know.
He told his sons: Go and search for Yusuf (AS) and his brother. Do not give up hope in Allah's mercy. Only people who do not believe give up hope in Allah's mercy.
Then Yusuf (AS) sent his shirt with his brothers and told them to place it on his father's face. When they did, Yaqub (AS)'s sight came back. ☀️
Never give up hope in Allah. Yaqub (AS) waited for a very long time and never stopped trusting Allah. And Allah's help came. ☀️
The brothers went to Egypt again for food. This time, Yusuf (AS)'s brother was kept behind. Yusuf (AS) had made a plan to keep him close.
The brothers came back to Yaqub (AS) without their brother. But Yaqub (AS) said: Perhaps Allah will bring them all back to me. He is the All-Knowing, the All-Wise.
He did not give up. And Allah brought them all back. The whole family came together again. 💚
Even when hard things kept happening one after another, Yaqub (AS) kept trusting Allah. When things go wrong, keep trusting Allah. He has a plan. 💛
Yaqub (AS) trusted Allah through the hardest years. He never gave up hope. And Allah brought his whole family back together.
